Population models — side-by-side simulations
Choose a model, climate speed c, and environmental gradient b independently for simulations A and B. Defaults are c = 0.2 and b = 1. The global parameters rmax and k apply to all three models. For the sexual model, VLE is adjustable and enters both the dynamics and the physical phenotype scaling. Population scale K and the random seed appear only for stochastic asexual simulations. The two panels use synchronized snapshots and common display axes. All computations run locally in the browser through Pyodide/WebAssembly.

Exploratory web tool The slider advances both simulations together by snapshot index. The shared Vs and σ controls apply to the asexual models; the restored sexual solver keeps σ = 1 and Vs = 1 internally. The global parameters rmax and k apply to all three models. Computations run locally in your browser; the archived Python programs remain the reproducibility reference.
